The Ordering and Shipping Process
As you can see, I don't have a fancy online store for automatic ordering of the mosaic tables. Instead, I do it manually. I
don't deal in production quantities so I don't need an automated system. I produce limited quantities of my mosaic tables
using the following priority system: 1) Customer requests, 2) Family gifts, 3) My own personal use in our home, and 4) To
hold and advertise on my website. I must be careful not to allow a situation where I'm flooded with orders that I can't possibly
keep up with. Because I deal in such limited quantities, I've established an manual ordering and shipping process that
serves me quite well. The following describes how I handle orders for ready-made pieces and for custom pieces.

Ready-made Pieces Displayed on My Website
I display pieces on my website that are currently available for purchase that aren't for other customers or family gifts. If
you'd like to purchase these pieces, my process is as follows:
1. Send me an email. In your email, please include your name and let me know which piece you're interested in. If I'm
unsure which piece you want, I'll send you a verification email, to which you will respond with your confirmation. Also, as
noted below, please tell me if you do not want me to remove the legs of your piece for easier and safer shipment.
Note: You must manually type my email address into the "To" block of your email composer. You cannot click on the graphic and you cannot
copy-and-paste from the graphic. Again, you must manually type my address into your "To" block. I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but the
graphic seems to make it harder for the nasty spam-bots to find my email address, which greatly reduces the spam that I receive. Thanks for
your understanding.
2. In my PayPal account, I'll generate a PayPal Invoice that will automatically be sent to the email address that you provide
me. The PayPal Invoice will include a description of the piece that you're buying, the selling price, and a confirmation note
that I will ship the piece to you as soon as the PayPal transaction clears. The PayPal Invoice will be your receipt.
Note: PayPal is extremely safe and secure. If you're a bit reluctant about making payment using PayPal, then please go to the PayPal website
and learn how they operate.
3. When you receive the PayPal Invoice, open the email and follow the easy step-by-step instructions provided by PayPal.
PayPal will automatically send me an email notification when your payment has cleared.
Note: Again, PayPal is very secure. PayPal does not, at any time, reveal your credit card information to me. The entire financial transaction is
done in the safe and secure PayPal system.
4. When your payment clears in PayPal, I will then start the shipping process. I will remove the legs from the table top for
safe and easy shipping. I will use a reputable, nationally known shipping company to pack and ship the piece. The shipping
company's tracking and delivery process will provide me a delivery receipt. If you do not want me to remove the legs for
shipment, please tell me so in your initial email.
5. When you receive your package, you must install the legs, which is extremely easy. Depending on the type of table, all
you need is a cross-tip screwdriver (a.k.a. phillips head screwdriver) or an allen wrench. I will pack the attaching hardware
in a plastic Ziploc bag and tape the bag to the underside of the tabletop. It's intuitively easy how to install the legs using the
supplied small screws or allen bolts. Simply turn the tabletop upside down on a soft carpet or bed so you don't damage the
glass. Then, simply align one leg into position and screw-in the screw or allen bolt. When all legs are tightly and securely
installed, simply turn the table right-side up and you're ready to display your beautiful new stained glass mosaic table.
